this comics its really famous in spain and its had been published for more than 20 years. For me now has lost most of his humour, but the first numbers were a great superheroes parody.

just see those images of duperlopez "Chiton" i mean Krypton

and what can say about the secondary characters

Jimmy olsen and perry white

and even his girlfriend Luisa Lanas

Great stuff!

The concept (but not the execution) reminds me of 2 of my fave Superman parodies, Normalman and Megaton Man.

A 20-year parody?  Hard to imagine --the joke gets tired.  Although I guess Mighty Mouse comes close.  Even Cerebus had to transform from a Conan parody into a serious novel (and then into madness).

True indeed! I hung in there for the last few years of Cerebus sort of out of a sense of duty, but it was a tough slog. I hope Dave Sim is getting plenty of rest and taking his medication now.

Judging by his latest rants, he is still having woman problems.

yeah thats right thats why i said that the comic has lost his humour, the first 9 numbers were superman parody, since then the comic chaged to be more serious and social oriented.

i cannot resist to put some pictures of supelopez Team

sure, you will recognize them all.
