While the original version is still a good film, there are some flaws that I'd like to see done away with and some key scenes added.

One question because I'm an idiot when it comes to legalities. If they were to add all of Donner's scenes, who would get the Director Credit on the movie? However, would it not be unprecedented for a director, in this case Donner, to receive a credit for a movie which was released 25 years ago and originally credited to another director, that being Richard Lester?
