Title: Dial B for Blog: Superman Covers
Post by: nightwing on September 15, 2005, 08:56:41 AM
Today's "Dial B for Blog" uses a series of classic Superman covers to tell the "story" of Superman's falling out with Clark Kent.

Funny stuff!

Ha ha ha! Man, this is pretty good. My favorite by far, though, is the one where Superman is in a room and out of nowhere, a haggard guy with a beard comes at him. "I'm the REAL Clark Kent - and I've been so ALL ALONG!"

That just blows the mind, seriously. What if there WAS a "real" Clark Kent somewhere?

Although one Superman/Clark Kent cover they ought to have used was that one where Superman was turned into a giant ape, and was holding Clark Kent in his hand. "I've been turned into a GIANT APE - and now I'll DESTROY you, CLARK KENT!"

What's the story with that "Reverse Flash" cover?  Is that really Eobard Thawne, missing the ear wings and with the different chest emblem?  Or is it that famous theory of parallel development?  {Jonathan}

Not Dr. Zoom but rather the Bizarro Flash, slowest man on square Earth...I know little about that comic though...
