Just in time for the release of Bryan Singer's long-awaited SUPERMAN RETURNS, the Smithsonian's Resident Associate Program is presenting an exciting panel celebrating and examining the role of superheroes in popular culture.

Superhero authorities DANNY FINGEROTH, DENNIS O'NEIL, MICHAEL USLAN, and TOM DeFALCO are the panelists. DR. ARNOLD T. BLUMBERG, curator of Geppi's Entertainment Museum, will be the moderator.
