Previously in Journey Into Comics: while reviewing Gerard Jones' latest book, Men of Tomorrow, MIke Sangiacomo, himself a journalist in Cleveland, expressed his disgust at the fact the city which was home to Superman creators Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster has done nothing to honor the men, or their creation, Superman. The mayor's e-mail was listed. People wrote in, and Sangiacomo, though feeeling it may do little good, promised to keep pressing...

Neat!  Superman is all about statues and memory and it would be fitting for more than one community to benefit from such a memorial.  I liked that Planet Krypton restaurant idea for Metropolis --a straight rip off of Kingdom Come as well as "The Rainbow Clark Kent" from Lois Lane.

They should do something to honour Howard the Duck in Cleveland as well.  :D
