He was one of the true grandmasters of comic book art, he sure lived a full life but it's still a sad day for me. :(

Will Eisner's accomplishments are numerous, but he may well be
remembered as the creator of the modern graphic novel.  It's hard to
imagine what comics would have been like without him.  He will be
