They look like they are of the spacecraft that brought the baby Kal to Earth. But we saw that ship disintigrate in the first movie. So this is either a scene (possibly a flashback) that's a little loose in continuity, or this is a 2nd ship that's landed on Earth for some reason. But it's extrememly well done, I can't wait to see it on the big screen.
