I was 8 or 9 when this came out, I think.  I remember flipping around the channels (all 5 of them) and finding one of these 2 shows (Legends and Superhero Roast --I think it was Legends I saw).  The JLA done as a sort of Laugh-in/It's a Mad, Mad, World.  Thin plot overlayered with tons of gags and non-sequitor scenarios.  Solomon Grundy in disguise as a gas-station attendant.  The Flash pausing in mid-dash over 2 lovers in a field.  Etc, etc.  Can't remember the story, but a friend of mine has won a copy off ebay and I hope to see it soon.

Adam West, Frank Gorshin and Burt Ward reprising their famous roles.

Totally mind-boggling and confusing to a serious young (mostly Marvel) comics fan whose main familiarity with DC at the time was Lynda Carter's WW, the 60s Batman show and the various incarnations of the Superfriends and Shazam on Saturday mornings.

The more people talk about this, the more I want to see it again.  It's been 30 years almost!
