Title: My Cir-El Costume Redesign. Post by: Ric-El on March 27, 2003, 09:44:30 PM Since Cir-El just looks horrid I decided to design my own costume for her. I made her hair a little longer and gave her a proper S sheild. I kinda smugged it cause I was rushing but I think I got rid of all the smuges. Tell me what you think.
