Title: The Shrunken City Post by: Permanus on December 26, 2005, 12:51:44 PM While leafing through the phone book just now, I happened to come across a company in East London called Kandor. And guess what they do? They provide models of buildings for architectural projects (which must actually be quite a fun job in itself). I wonder how many of their clients actually get the reference.

This is the kind of job that diorama-loving kids dream of having; building things to sell to companies. There's no way in a million years that the name is a coincidence. It's great to find Superman fans in a variety of places, from professional model building to observational situation comedy. |
