Hah!  See?  Three years a member, and only 27 posts!  Now that's impressive.

Welcome back, Jor-El.

There is a category of Kryptonians at Supermanica:
http://superman.nu/wiki/index.php/Category:Kryptonians
which may have info you could find useful.

And of course I'd like to add Ro-Zan (http://superman.nu/a/Encyclopaedia/ro-zan.php) to your list, but that would depend on your definition of "canon."

That only means that they rarely visit the site, he still even has the same old generic avatar that everyone gets when they 1st join up.

I say hopefully he will make more than 5 posts a year.  8)

Wasn't Dev-Em the juvenile next door neighbour to Jor-El who eventually ended up in the Phantom Zone ???

The link in my previous post gives a good account of Dev-Em.

I don't know if he has shown up in post crisis continuity yet.

Dev-Em was recast as a Daxamite the Post-Crisis Legion tales (I believe first reappearing during the Five Year Gap Legion), though he worked with the United Planets' Interstellar Counter-Intelligence Corps rather than the Legion.  He disappeared in Zero Hour and apparently has not been revived since.

Somewhere in that period of time, he went nuts and tried to blow up the moon during Time and Time Again.

Is this supposed to be a Pre-Crisis or Post-Crisis list?

considering what site this is, I would say Pre-Crisis

Yes a pre-crisis list
If it was a Post Crisis list, it could include

Van-L
Vara
Nara
Seyg-El - Jor-Els father - love the injoke :)
But then again there wasn't anything particularly memorable about Byrne's Krypton except it was inspired by the movies and had its own Clone Wars
