Since she's currently in the 31st Century it looks like this is the explanation. Zeta beam aside, Dream Girl inadvertantly may have something to do with Kara's appearance in the 30th century. Recall Supergirl thought she "dreamed" the Legion. Perhaps, Brainiac 5's been successful in reviving Dream Girls consciousness?
