Title: Mr and Mrs Superman
Post by: TELLE on July 18, 2006, 06:19:55 AM
In a quest to collect all of the imafinary and Earth-2 "married Superman stories".  Can anyone list the Lois Lane issues that featured the married couple?

Found this description at an old Oddball comics feature (http://www.comicbookresources.com/columns/oddball/index.cgi?date=2004-02-24) --from Superman's Girfriend #25, 1961:

Quote
This issue’s 9-page “Superman’s Girl Friend, Lois Lane” cover-story is “Lois Lane And Superman, Newlyweds!’, drawn by Kurt Schaffenberger. “No. 4 Of An Imaginary Series”, this story begins with this introduction:

INTRODUCTORY NARRATIVE CAPTION:
Once again, due to an avalanche of requests, we are presenting another in our series about the IMAGINARY marriage between SUPERMAN and Lois Lane (which may actually never happen, but then again MAY!) In these stories, as you may know by now, Lois discovers that having a super-husband she dearly loves, is not the life of joy she had dreamed about! In fact, it is often a super-headache! Incredible? See for yourself! Take a prophetic…and perhaps entirely WRONG…glimpse into the thrilling, romantic – and hectic, Imaginary Story of “LOIS LANE AND SUPERMAN, NEWLYWEDS!”
Married only for a month, Mrs. Lois “Lane” Superman is already miserable. While her super-hubby is busy on various missions, she’s stuck in the Man Of Steel’s Fortress Of Solitude in the Arctic Circle, with Superman’s lookalike robots to keep her company:

No.4  --where were the other 3 and were there any more?
