Superman died once... Batman's back was broken.... Hal Jordan is back... Captain America was trapped in ice for 20 years...

Could it have been a Cap from a parallel Earth who died, or another Steve Rogers from a different Earth will take his place? Was it a clone or a Skrull (don't they shape-shift?)
