Title: Superman in wheelchair Post by: sheridan on July 16, 2007, 11:55:57 AM Once upon a time, there was a multi-issue story arc which involved Superman in a wheelchair, begging for handouts. He was wearing a disguise. In the story, he had been missing for some time. He had apparently lost his powers and was working on a cure. He was also caring for some people with some sort of disease. I only had the first installment and never read the conclusion. Does this story ring a bell with anyone?

I believe was Action issue number 371, nice little 4 part story till issue 375, (373 was a giant supergirl ) Superman was also a wrestler , and Public enemy number 1 in this story .
