According to the DC site, MASTER COMICS 23-32, CAPTAIN MARVEL JR. #1 and CAPTAIN MARVEL ADVENTURES #18 are reprinted in this volume, and Black Adam appeared in Marvel Family #1 Title: Re: Shazam! Just go here (http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/) and register to become a member of the Digital Comic Museum (for free!) and you can download a bunch of public domain comics, including Fawcett Comics, for free!
