All I had to do is prss the down arrow key when I was at the door of the newsroom.

Oops - thanks!  When I said I tried every key, I really meant every key except for the arrows.    (Of course, those keys weren't listed in the instructions, but I'm not passing the blame. :oops:)

they look like they used to be roms at the site...
you'd need an emulator to play them.
