The best, fastest answer is, "You make it up yourself."
Kryptonian has never been well-defined either by sound or sight.  Making a truly alien language is a daunting task, considering that you're trying to derive it from the idea of a culture that is alien, vaguely human and dead.  Usually it's depicted as looking Hebraic - with wide short lines that turn only once or twice before ending.
In movies it's generated by taking the English audio and mixing it up until it sounds like an alien language.
The problem is the same as asking, "How do you do Klukor?" (the Kryptonian martial art).  Neither has been shown enough to do outside of the comic.
Sadly, it's not a complete culture unto itself, as is Klingon language from Star Trek.  I would much rather speak Kryptonian, which says, "In my heart I am an evolved person with superhuman abilities", than Kling, which says, "In my heart I am a hulking brute with a skull ridge.  I eat live things with my fingers."

Pre-Crisis:

&
http://superman.nu/fos/kryptonian/alturniansky_mirror/K-alphabet.php

Post-Crisis Kryptonese is just an alterante font for American English

If you read 'The World of Krypton' mini-series on this site, you'll get a few more Kryptonian words.

It is only to the stage that Tolkien Elvish is at, it's not up to Klingon or Panooki(Land of the Lost 1st series) levels yet.

Must have went down recently.  At least the Wayback machine can pull it up for you.

thanx:) Another question: when you read kryptonese, do you read it like we would in english or is there another way...like do we have to know what the words mean? like "Kal-El" means "Star Child"...etc.?
