Does anyone read Spider-Man titles here?
In Italy spidey is the most popular American superhero, and my favorite one. I own almost the complete collection (I have to complete MARVEL TEAM UP Vol. I!), and I have always loved him.
Since Alonso's arrival, the situation changed drastically. Where is MY Spider-Man? I can't recognize him anymore. There is not continuity between the current series, the characters have not their personality (they seem schizoid!), there is not respect for the past (When an author mentiones past stories, always makes continuity mistakes...)...
There aren't stories! Only book filled with... Nothing.
The worst of the worst is of course the "Sins past" storyline:

-Gwen had an affair with Norman. Is she the same, sweet Gwen who I knew during the Lee/Romita run? Someone say "She is now more realistic than ever". Well, not for me.
-Mary Jane knew everything and naver told Peter the truth.
-Peter digs at Gwen's grave.
-Peter gives Norman all the fault... His former girlfriend betraied him and his wife didn't tell him the truth but he, apparently, doesn't care.
-Continuity mistakes.

This isn't the real Spider-Man.
He ain't so amazing anymore.

I liked the movies.  My wife even though the second one was "more for girls".

Edit: I also like the Canadian-produced cartoon show from the 1960s, but haven't read any of the comics since the 1970s.  Are Spidey and Superman friends or enemies? I can't remember.
