Superman Emergency Squad Costumes

Well, I'm new here and this is my first post- but I have spent a lot of time in the past looking through this terrific site.
Anyway, having said all that, I am really looking for some help.
I am desperately trying to find a picture of the purple costume worn by the Superman Emergency Squad and can't find any trace of it!  
Can anyone provide one, or steer me towards an issue where this version of the costume was worn?
While I'm at it, perhaps someone out there can also verify my current information about the Squad's various costumes.  There were three different costumes worn by the squad right? One was identical to Superman's, one is a modified uniform (seen in the Kandor story with Nightwing & Flamebird) and the other is the dangblasted purple one I can't find.  Is that right?
I will greatly appreciate any help I can get.

The purple and red costumes were seen in

Superman No. 165

It was reprinted in Superman in the 60's TPB.

That's great news!  I'll have to grab that book- I checked Superman in the 50's for it and no dice.
