When I was a young kid I happened to collect the entire reign of Superman collection, which isnt that great of a feat, but for some reason I have wanted to start collecting Superman Comics again. I picked up superman 222, which appears to be an ending to a saga.  Is this only a "Superman" saga or does it run through all the different superman comic books?  Basically all I am asking is do all the superman comics still run together on the same story? or do they all differ?

Thanks

Superman #222?

That's a giant issue with previously published stories...

There have been multi issue stories, more common in later periods...lots of stories reference earlier stories...

Tayls, you can ignore MatterEaterLad.  He stopped reading comics in 1972 and is just being obnoxious.

I haven'r read either 222, so I can't help you out (the first was before my time, the 2nd was after it).  But I'm hoping that Tenzil (or somebody else) can explain just what the secret was behind the mystery of "Superboy's Sister."

Welcome to the forum.

LOL, when someone says collecting when they are "young", its hard for me to assume that its the Iron Age...OK, so its the modern Superman series...

He's "post crisis", and a result of a reboot that some people would call drastic...Superman comics numbering from 1938 ended at the crisis (September, 1986)...
