And yeah Im not liking the art but did E2 Sman have gray hair already by 1951?

The first couple of times Earth 2 Superman appeared in the JLA/JSA team-ups he was pretty much identical to Earth 1 Superman (IIRC even his "S" insignia was the same as Kal-El's).  It wasn't until Superman 2 appeared in the 1970s All Star Comics that he was shown with greying temples.

I don't think he was shown with gray hair until Levitz and the Giffen/Wood art team brought him back in the All-Star revival of the 70s.

E-2 Supes appeared in JLA #73-74, 82-83, 91-92, and 107-108 before All-Star Comics was revived. These are reprinted in the Crisis on Multiple Earths TPBs, the first four in Volume 2 and the last four in Volume 3. In most of these, E-2 Supes looks identical to E-1 Supes. In fact, where they appear together in #91, I don't see any clues to distinguish one from the other. In #107-108, however, E-2 Supes sports the graying temples for the first time. The coloring is less consistent in #107 than in #108, but DC corrected that in the TPB reprints. Even with the difference in hair color, E-2 Superman's costume appeared identical to the E-1 version, and he also appeared to have identical powers. When All-Star Comics appeared in 1976, I was surprised by the lesser powers of Power Girl and Superman, which was inconsistent with what was shown in the JLA/JSA stories just a few years earlier.
