Did Bob Haney prophesy 3rd Wave Feminism in his story "Revolt of the Superchicks"?

The most "anti-feminist" story of all time had to be that one where Lucy Lane temporarily got superpowers and started dating some thin-pencil moustached rich guy (who wants to bet he was based on Tony Stark more than Errol Flynn?) and left her useless suitor Jimmy Olsen, only to come crawling back when the power charge wore off? God, wouldn't you want to be a fly on that wall?

"Ha ha ha...well, look who's decided to settle."

Jeez, Lucy Lane, Jimmy Olsen's not that bad. Sure, he makes Casper Milquetoast look like John Wayne, but he's best friends with Superman. That means getting showered with riches and going to all the right parties. Plus, if you ever get hassled by smuggler operations pretending to use a ghost legend to keep out meddlers...Jimmy's got your back.

Yeah, but half the time he dressed up like a girl. No wonder Lucy was a little unsure about her boy-friend.

Lucy didnt mind when he wore a mustcahe and tux as Magi the Magnificent tho.  Then again she was in disguise too.

Ah, a DC love affair happy ending.

Almost as good as "I have amnesia and will forget all about you Sally Selwyn until Im knocked out again ". Smiley
