And as Nightwing noted, the Superman/Lois flight scene was similar to the X-Men - but seeing the way Superman ripped the wing off of a plane makes me hopeful that there will be a lot of original stuff here too.

The flight scene is similar but not identical...the vibe is very different.  I like that Lois stands on Superman's feet to be lifted in the air, the way a little girl stands on her daddy's feet to dance.  It's sweet.

But as for the wing thing...if this is the plane (near)crash I've heard alluded to in spoilers, it would seem the wing comes off because Superman tries to catch it by the wing and it turns out to be a bad idea, forcing another tactic.  This is pretty much what happened in the first episode of the Animated Series...Superman tries to catch a crashing plane by its tail, but it breaks off so he has to regroup.  So maybe it ain't so original.

Man, this trailer makes me want June 30th to be here YESTERDAY!

LOVED Luthor  from the fortress to "say it, say the thing..."

You may have your doubts about Supes,  but Lex is fantastic!

OH MY GOD: 1 WORD --- FANTASTIC!!!

Waiting for months with that silly Teaser, not knowing what to expect --- But this trailer makes me so excited I think I can fly.

Routh looks okay, but there wasn't much of him in the trailer to get me as excited as seeing Lexy Baby.

Spacey looks fantastic and it looks like watching an original Lex Luthor, forgetting Hackman and Shea. SPACEY STANDS ALONE, looking better than ever.

the time we see Brado in the fortress, that looks like Pearce Brosnan in the movies compaired to the video games. It looks kinda fake, as is the scene when superman crashes to the ground feet-first.

But overall It's fantastic. the score gets me more excided and can't wait.

Oh and another thing which i felt they shouldn't have done was, as the score gets more high an exciding and frank Langela says "Superman Returns...". The excitment breaks to go to the love scene.

Kinda took the thrill away a small bit. But this is 2 mins and 30 secs which i would pay in to see.

This is beyond amazing. I was looking forward to the movie anyway, but the trailer makes me want to camp out in front of the theater starting today.

I never had much of an opinion about Routh. But now more than ever, I think he's going to do TMOS justice.

Spacey looks like he'll do a great job as Lex. Maybe better than Hackman.
