Quote from: "John Byrne"
"I revise my original statement. I am GLAD this obnoxious is dead. Sorry for his wife and kids, but relieved they are in no further danger from his lunacy!"

There's more, but Byrne, perhaps having the basic shame of a dog that drags its behind on the carpet, deleted the entire thread from his forum of brown-nosers, Yes-Men, and sycophants.

Typing comments about a person days after their death is absolutely barbaric.

As someone who has experience with marine life, as a former couselor at a sailing summer camp for disabled kids (though they never asked me to join the yacht club - darn, I sure do regret wearing my Star of David that time) let me say that stingrays are shy, basically harmless and attack as a last resort. I've petted some on numerous occasions. Irwin's injury was freakishly one-in-a-million and hardly the irresponsible daredevil hotdogging that Byrne makes it out to be, further proof Byrne is a shrivel-souled, broken man that talks about things he knows nothing about.

Quote from: "John Byrne"
But I AM bothered when I see people shedding tears over someone who is an irresponsible, egotistical, apparently virtually insane obnoxious."

My irony-o-meter just EXPLODED.

Byrne's "taking offense for the sake of his family?" Nigga, please! I take offense for ME. I loved Steve Irwin, he was sweet, earnest and a wonderful showman and when I heard about his death it deeply affected me. Byrne's dickheaded comments are the LAST thing I wanted to read so soon.

I especially love how Byrne brings up a totally unrelated and irrelevant baby-croc interaction from three years ago. Very classy. Because after all, Byrne knows more about crocodile behavior than Steve Irwin.

I think it's already been pretty well established that nothing which comes out of Byrne's mouth is worth listening to.  This is the same guy who thinks the K-Metal script is a hoax.  The best thing is to just ignore him.

PETA was bashing stevie pretty hard too, saying that he was a joke to his profession, and that he did no good for the animals at all, that he was just scaring the bejesus out of them

PETA?

Search for  'donkey bomb letter peta' with one of the search engines.

I don't trust the word of anyone who hire a member of a terroist group(Animal Liberation Front) and priases them as a hero

I went swimming with stingrays two months ago.

What exciting thing has Byrne done this year?

You mean besides making a complete and total ass out of himself everytime he types something?

Not much else, that's all he is good for these days.

See, there's the big difference between Irwin and Byrne.  When Irwin took on a project, suspense was generated by the possibility that things might end in disaster.  With Byrne's projects, there is no suspense as disaster is a foregone conclusion.

Our old buddy Johnny seems to be jealous of everyone's popularity, even dead persons.  First he took posthumous swipes at Chris Reeve and now Steve Irwin.  And in both cases his objections seem to be the same; "that guy was no hero." Considering this criticism is coming from the guy who made Superman a murderer and porn star, you'll forgive me if I doubt his qualifications when it comes to defining "hero."

John Byrne has become a wannabe Jack Chick impersenator.  At least Jack Chick makes a living at insulting everyone.

I have the feeling John Byrne is going to get nominated for the Kook of the Month or Kook of the Year award.  He'll have company like C++ who wrote/is writing the Hybrid RPG and the creator of Time Cube(All clock faces are wrong?)
