The next movie!!

I hope the next movie is the death and return of superman.
That was an awsome comic. Doomsday is my fav char and the way he was created was pure genius.

I think that would spell death for the series... the public (nor us old-timers) would accept it, I think.

They actually tried to do this in the 90s. Look up the "Superman Lives" script. It was crapola, and they went through several directors before finally making this new movie.

Plus it's already now established that this new series of movies is a revival of the Christopher Reeve Superman timeline, in a way, so what happens in the comics has no real effect on the movies (like it ever did).

It looks to me like the movies and the comics might be moving closer together.
