I wonder if the language filter works on the word "filch", or "filching"? That's the dirtiest word I know.
Okay, now I know: the language filter does work on that word.

So what does that make Siegel & Shuster?  Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis?

Siegl and Shuster created the Superhero, and by extension they created the entire comic-book industry.  They also never really received recognition for it.

So I nominate Ike Turner and Jackie Brenston as their musical parallels.  These two created the first Rock and Roll song (Rocket 88) in 1951, thus launching a phenomenon that lives to this day.

"The bottom line involves choices.  Neither gods nor humans have ever stood calmly in a minefield forever.  Good or evil, they are bound to choose.  And when they do, you will see the truth of all that motivates us.  As a thinking being, you have the obligation to choose.  If the fate of all mankind were in your hands, what would your decision be?  As a writer and an artist, I've drawn my answer."   - Jack Kirby
