It's funny how Batman kept digging up more and more guilty parties. I'm sure there was someone behind Lew Moxon. It probably ends with Stalin or someone in the State Dept.

They threw Lew Moxon back into the Batman books when Ed Brubaker wrote
Batman
.
And I can't help but love this story as well. It's one of those primal ideas that works no matter what era you tell it in. I especially liked the re-telling in
Untold Legends of the Batman
, a mini-series published in 1981 that I first read when I sent in for the reprints that the Batman cereal offered in 1989.
The cereal sucked, but the series was quite good.
