My mom gave me an AM/FM radio that looked like one of the old 1940's radios a few years back, and I have Superman right in front of it.  Everybody who sees it says "Ooooh, cool!"  Wink

Speaking of golden age statues, the folks over at Tales Of Wonder are currently featuring a great deal on the one modeled after the cover of Superman #14 (with the shield and the eagle).

It's down to 59.99 from its original price of 159.99.  Can't beat that!

Hop over to http://www.talesofwonder.com and check out the "specials." You may have to refresh the page once or twice to get to the statue.

The one I have was designed by Alex Ross but looks just like the Superman from Superman #1, but not in that pose.

Hello future captives of Brainiac,

I have also read that a Fleischer Lois Lane will be produced in 2004.  My evil plan is to get this statue and with it, draw Superman into a trap.  This time he won't escape me!  I swear.  As soon as pictures are availlable I will post them.

Hahahahhahahahahahahah!
