You can read the comics on-line, but you can BUY a printed book, so you can read off-line.

Megatokyo is like that too.  You can read the whole thing online, as well as the new installments - plus there are 4 graphic novel collections of the series.  Once enough installments build up, a new graphic novel comes out.

I bought them because I prefer reading books to reading off the computer.
