I had a little toy of it as a kid.

I have one now --found it in a thrift store a few years ago.  One of the few Superman collectibles I have.  I bought it because the ads for the those superhero vehicles always struck me as slightly ludicrous --I always thought, why does Superman need a car?Huh? When I read those Amazo stories years later I thought they did a credible job of cramming the product placement into continuity.  Not as dumb as the Spideycar.  I remember Capt. Marvel had a car as well, but did Wonder Woman have a van?

There were two versions, but the one in the story was my favorite. Here is the other one: http://www.moviepoopshoot.com/comics101/images/2005/aug31/superpowers.jpg

Here are the other Superman related "hotwheels/matchbox" style cars:

I had this issue (and the toy as well, which is somewhere in my house, I hope), but never got the subsequent one.  Please upload it--I wanna know the rest of the story!  Smiley  {Prof. Jonathan}
