On which of these earths do you think Clark and Lois are married?

It happened on Earth-2.  Obviously Earth-52/New Earth/Earth-DCU.  It was also possibly referred to having happened on Earth-1, just off-screen and after the Crisis.

Quote
How about Bruce and Catwoman?

Happened on Earth-2.  I can't see it working out anywhere else.

At any rate, here's a list that someone put together of the pre-Crisis multiverse:
Earth-Reality--The real world
Earth-Prime--Originally the real earth but Superboy later added
Earth-0--Post Zero-hour earth
Earth-1--Silver Age Earth
Earth 1a--Superfrends earth
Earth-2--Golden Age Earth
Earth-2a--Alternate earth-2 which includes Daily Planet and Perry White
Earth-3--Reversed Earth, Crime Syndicate of America
Earth-4--Charlton Comics Earth
Earth-6--Lord Volt/Lady Quark Earth
Earth-12--Inferior Five
Earth 14--Mentioned in Animal Man 24
Earth-17 (I)--Non-Kirby New Gods
Earth-17 (II)--Mentioned in Animal Man 23, 24
Earth-A--Alt. timeline created by Earth-1 Johnny Thunder
Earth-B--Brave and Bold Earth
Earth-C--Zoo Crew, Funny Animal Earth
Earth-C-minus--Justa Lotta Animals, Funny Animal Alt. Earth
Earth-D--Earth seen in Crisis the Untold Story
Earth-E--Superman and Batman stories from 1950's
Earth-G--Warlords earth
Earth-H--World were villains are routinely defeated with Hostess snack
cakes.
Earth-I--idealic earth seen in Woder Woman (vol. 1) #291-293
Earth-K--Kamandi earth. May be the same as Earth-1
Eathh-Q--another name for Earth-Quality
Earth-Quailty--Quality Comics where WWII ends on scedule.
Earth-S--Fawcett Comics, Marvel Family Earth
Earth-TV--stories from the comic-book version of "Super-Friends" (may be
the same as Earth-1a) Note: These stories were originally set on earth-1.
Earth-V--Proposed setting of Vertigo stories that contradict DCU continuity
Earth-X--Quality Comic where WW2 doesn't end until 1970's.
Earth-Omega--Original home of Pariah.
Earth-Sigma--Post Crisis Earth, Pre-Zero-hour
Crossover Earth--DC Marvel heros exist side by side.

I can't see 52 universes being enough.  Where does that leave Gemworld?  Then there is that magic universe from DC Comics Presents Superman/Zatanna, where Superman had his powers replaced by magic and Zatanna lost hers.  Or what about the universe that the JLofA killed or the one that exists 30 seconds into the future.  The original Earth 1 was JSA earth and the original Earth 2 was JLA Earth.  The mix up happened during a Justice League xover story.

One things that is not mentioned, Earth C and C Minus did NOT suffer through Crisis, because they were too far away.
