The thing about Amazon, though, is they only have Volume I. Aren't there 3 volumes of those?

Kitchen Sink published 3 TPB volumes, which were collected in a single deluxe HC.  Then Sterling through B+N rereleased the HC for *much* cheaper.  This single volume is all there is
