It can only help. The book is so incredibly bland now that it's got nowhere to go but up.

I wasn't impressed with Shooter's 70's run under Boltinoff but perhaps he was under some editoral pressure at the time.

Has Jim Shooter written any good comics since 1980?  My favourite work by him was his testimony in the Michael Fleisher libel case against Harlan Ellison.

Jim Shooter only good run was on The Legion, he pretty much fail to impress with anything else, like Secret Wars 2 for example
