DC Comics Presents Annual #1

Does anyone have a copy of this book? Since I recall it as the origin of Alexander Luthor (or at least of his father, the 'good' Luthor) and a swell team up between the Golden and Silver Age Supermen to fight Ultraman and the two Luthors, it seems like it would have a lot of bearing on the current muddle of DC's storylines. Anyone have the book and can give a scan or a synopsis of the plot?
