At long last!  Here it is!  The BATTLE OF THE CENTURY!

"The SHOWDOWN Between LUTHOR and SUPERMAN!"

"The bottom line involves choices.  Neither gods nor humans have ever stood calmly in a minefield forever.  Good or evil, they are bound to choose.  And when they do, you will see the truth of all that motivates us.  As a thinking being, you have the obligation to choose.  If the fate of all mankind were in your hands, what would your decision be?  As a writer and an artist, I've drawn my answer."   - Jack Kirby

Thanks Great one - I have never read that story until today.

Notice how in the letter column on page 18 they refer to the stories as "novels" - just a little point that makes perfect sense to me.

Been a long long time since I last read that - but had read and reread it many times.  If memory serves me correctly, the world that Luthor helps
later became Lexor?

Thanks again for booting up another silver age classic, great one!

As you know from my repeated comments on the forums, I have always wanted to read this comic, ever since India Ink first mentioned it on the old DCMB, way back when.

I'll read it this weekend, and...

...thank you!  Cheesy

I'm eager with anticipation as to what Aldous thought of this story.  Hopefully after all my build-up it wasn't a letdown.
