Found this on a news site recently:

"Writer Greg Rucka, who is simultaneously writing titles for DC Comics' 'Batman,' 'Superman' and 'Wonder Woman' series, poses in his studio with action figures in Portland, Ore. Rucka, 33, has taken a more traditional approach to comics but finds himself in a vulnerable position, given a decreasing appetite for serial, pamphlet-style comic books. (AP Photo/Rick Bowmer)"

Yup it is. I passed on that one only to see it from a customer who ordered it at my comic shop. Let me tell you that it's even prettier in real life than any pic on the net - I almost fell for it but my wife... I must mention that I have about 10 or 15 Superman related statues. And yet, some of the better are the Luthor and Brainiac Busts.
