IMHO, they are completely disregarding Superman III & IV

The Supergirl movie with Helen Slater would fit with the hole idea that Brian Singer has with Superman "returning" because wasent he on some mission in space?

becuase of the new guy i dont think i will enjoy the new superman movie as much as i would if it was welling. Welling as proven himself to be a great superman. and clark kent. all he needs is a haircut

Brandon looks like he cab be a great Superman. He has the look but I wonder if he can really pull of the different roles of Clark/Superman like Chris Reeve did. The way Chris did may it believeble that they were two seperate people by how he acted as Clark and Superman, That I think for me will be the real test for him to pull off. Only time will tell
